The Company operates in accordance with the law — and beyond — in order to help people with disabilities improve their quality of life and enable their integration into society with dignity, equality and independence.
These accommodations are made subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and the regulations thereunder.
The Company places great importance on adapting its services to people with various disabilities, among other things out of a worldview that every person should have equal opportunity and access to service and information.
Accordingly, the Company invests significant resources in making its stores, website and pages accessible, considering it of paramount importance to provide equal service to the general public and in particular to the site’s users, including people with disabilities.

Disclaimer
- OBO continues its efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of the site and its services, out of the belief that it is our collective moral duty to allow smooth, accessible and uninterrupted use — including for those among us with disabilities. In an ongoing effort to improve and address accessibility issues on a regular basis, we also periodically scan the site using the UserWay accessibility scanner to identify and fix any possible accessibility barrier on our site. Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on the site fully accessible, some content may not yet have been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be the result of a technological gap that did not find or identify the most appropriate element.
How to contact us with accessibility requests and suggestions
We continue, without pause, our efforts to improve the accessibility of the Company’s services and the accessibility of the site in particular, as part of our commitment to enable use by the entire population, including people with disabilities.
It should be noted that despite our efforts to make all pages of the site accessible, because the site is dynamic and includes various content management systems, some parts may be discovered that have not yet been fully made accessible. If you encounter such a case, we would be grateful if you contact the Company so the required fix can be made as soon as possible. We welcome inquiries, information requests and suggestions for improvement in order to better serve our customers. In addition, the site may display content from other sites operated and/or held by third parties, and such content may not be accessible. We clarify that the Company is not responsible for such content or its accessibility, but we welcome your comments and will try to help you contact those third parties to bring the matter to their attention (without the Company being able to guarantee that those third parties will make the necessary adjustments in accordance with the law).
If, while browsing the site, you encountered difficulty or have a comment regarding the level and/or manner of its accessibility, you may contact us in one of the following ways:
