A little about me
Hi, I'm Or Borkin, the founder, owner and CEO of the brand. In 2018, after a day of studying at the IDC (where I studied at the time), I quickly drove to the mall to buy 3 pairs of glasses that I was passionate about. Not one, not two, three pairs at once. When I returned home from the mall, the thought suddenly crossed my mind, "Wait a minute.. Why don't I do it myself? Why shouldn't I also make people who love glasses as happy as I left the mall happy? Why shouldn't I make someone feel much better about their appearance as soon as I fit them with glasses that compliment them? I have the desire, I have the crazy love and passion for glasses, I love people, I believe that I can also sell... Okay, I'm going for it.
I got home and started reading about types of materials, types of lenses, different brands of glasses in the world, and from page to page, the understanding that this was my calling only grew stronger. From that day on, the road was unstoppable. I no longer cared about school, and everything other than glasses suddenly seemed less important to me. I decided that the line that suited me best and was most like me in the world was colored, crazy, unusual glasses that left a special mark on the person who wore them. Once I felt like I had all the tools, which was about a year from the day I purchased the three pairs of glasses at the mall after school.

A little about the company
I opened OBO, the name of which is a combination of my first and last name. Or BOrkin. The name was invented by my husband, who was my friend at the time. From sale to sale, I fell in love with my brand more and more, I went between colleges and universities, at various fairs and anywhere I could get to and made more and more people happy with the glasses I chose for them. This crazy feeling that comes to me when someone is insecure about their appearance (maybe their nose is too wide, their face is too big or small, their skin color is not what they dreamed of… and all that) and I make them walk out on me when they feel like a million dollars in my glasses? Wow, what a winning feeling!! And I really got addicted to this feeling of how you like to see yourself with your glasses. I choose 100% of the glasses myself. I am the sole owner of myself and all the glasses are my personal taste. Lately, we have slowly started producing models at OBO that are the fruit of our imagination (we couldn't do this from the beginning because the quantities weren't large enough for production) and now slowly more and more models are going into production and it's an amazing feeling.
I am happy that I have the right to make you happy and make you love yourself with OBO glasses, and of course, all this while ensuring the quality of 400uv lenses so that they filter out the radiation from the sun.
